    • CSF overproduction
    • CSF obstruction
    • communicating hydro from high protein

universal ROS
  • hydrocephalus history
  • emphasis on seizures
  • elevated ICP

PHYSICAL EXAM

universal exam
  • hydrocephalus exam
  • evaluate cerebellar signs
  • careful extra-ocular exam
  • meningismus

IMAGING

  • well circumscribed, vascular, enhancing
  • cauliflower papillary shape
  • Locations: LV (50%), 4th V (40%), 3rd V (10%)
A/P
  • Counsel: GTR usually has good outcome, but can malignantly transform

Pathology

  • pathology does not correlate w/ path, benign-appearing tumors can be aggressive
