Pathological subtypes
  • mature (benign, slow-growing, usually cured with GTR)
  • immature (rapidly growing, recur frequently after resection, resistant to adjuvant therapies)
  • malignant (rapidly growing, recur frequently after resection, resistant to adjuvant therapies)
