  • Multi-organ benign and malignant tumors (hemangioblastoma and endolymphatic sac tumors)
  • AD inheritance of VHL tumor suppressor gene on chromosome 3

    • polycythemia vera --> eryrhrocytosis
    • CNS hemangioblastomas
    • retinal hemangioblastomas
    • endolymphatic sac tumors
    • renal tumors
    • epididymal cystadenomas
    • pancreatic tumors
    • adrenal tumors (pheochromocytomas)
