FACTS

 

HPI

  • vertigo with nystagmus (inferior vestibular nucelus and pathways)
  • Ipsilateral Horner’s (sympathetic fibers)
  • contralateral pain/temperature loss (spinothalamic tract)
  • dysphonia/dysphagia/dysarthria (different nuclei and fibers of CN 9/10)
